Sales

– All sales are final, the options and customisation could not be change after the order is placed.

Warranty

– Any Modification to the product would void the warranty.
– Warranty terms and conditions would be conduct by each distributors.

Return and Refund

– We offer a 7 days (2 weeks) money back, minus 20% for restocking, processing and handling fee.
Shipping is not included in the refund, which means customers is responsible for shipping the product back to the company.

– The refund process would be proceed after company receive the return product.
